1. Non-Diagnostic Ultrasound

Little Lamb Imaging provides non-diagnostic 3D and 4D ultrasound services for bonding, keepsake, and entertainment purposes only. We do not perform medical assessments, diagnose conditions, measure growth, check foetal wellbeing, or replace any routine scans recommended by your healthcare provider.

If any unexpected images arise, you will be advised to contact your doctor or midwife. We do not offer medical interpretation under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Scanning

To ensure safety, all clients must be actively receiving routine obstetric care with a qualified healthcare provider.

By booking a session, you confirm that your pregnancy is not under investigation for a condition requiring medical imaging supervision.

3. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients.

4. Image Quality

Image clarity can vary depending on baby’s position, gestational age, maternal body habitus, placenta location, and amniotic fluid volume. We cannot guarantee specific images, poses, or facial clarity. If baby is in a difficult position, we may offer a complimentary rescan at our discretion.

5. Hydration Requirements

Hydration plays a significant role in image quality.

Clients are advised to:

Drink adequate water the day before and the day of their appointment
Consume approximately 1 litre of water in the hour before their session

Failure to follow hydration advice may reduce image clarity, and refunds cannot be provided on this basis.

6. Twins & Multiple Pregnancies

We welcome twin pregnancies; however, they may be more challenging to image.
We will make every effort to obtain clear images of both babies, but image quality cannot be guaranteed. Rescans for twin sessions are offered at our discretion.

7. Children & Guests

We welcome family members and children who are supervised at all times.
For safety, children must remain seated and off equipment.

8. Photos, Videos & Media

All images, videos, and recordings provided during your session are for personal use only. Little Lamb Imaging retains copyright ownership of all images until full payment is received.

9. Payment

Payment is required at the time of appointment unless otherwise arranged.
Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for:

Poor image quality due to baby’s position
Maternal factors that limit imaging
Failure to follow preparation instructions

Refunds may be offered only if the session cannot be completed due to equipment failure.

11. Health & Safety

If you are unwell, please reschedule your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a session if we believe proceeding is unsafe or inappropriate.

12. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any information collected during booking or the session is used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. More in our Privacy Policy.
