Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Little Lamb Imaging, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure all families have the opportunity to experience their special moments, we have the following policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling:

  1. Notice of Cancellation or Rescheduling

    • We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

    • This allows us to offer your appointment time to another family.

  2. Late Cancellations

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

    • No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

  3. Rescheduling

    • Rescheduling is subject to availability and should be requested as early as possible.

    • If rescheduling within 24 hours, the cancellation fee may still apply.

  4. Refunds

    • Pre-paid sessions are refundable if cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.

    • If you have paid a deposit, it may be applied to a future session if rescheduled with proper notice.

  5. Exceptional Circumstances

    • We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us if unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
